All invoice and bank statement processing happens locally on your Windows machine. Your PDFs and images are never uploaded to our servers. Only anonymized metadata (like invoice count) may be sent for license validation.

Standard includes Bank Statement → Tally, PDF/Image Invoice → Tally, Excel export, and Auto Ledger & Stock Creation for up to 10,000 invoices/year. Gold adds unlimited invoices, GSTR-2B Reconciliation (Coming Soon), Sales Split, Multi-Company support, and direct WhatsApp support from the founder.

Once payment is confirmed, our system automatically generates your license.dat file bound to your machine ID. The license is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number within 10 minutes with installation instructions.

Sales Split lets you set a Maximum Voucher Amount and calculates the resulting voucher values automatically. For example, ₹75,000 with a ₹50,000 maximum becomes ₹50,000 + ₹25,000; with a ₹30,000 maximum it becomes ₹30,000 + ₹30,000 + ₹15,000.

LekhaFlow is designed to work with Tally workflows, including Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9. The workflow prepares accounting results for review and Tally integration.

Supported inputs include PDF invoices, scanned image files such as JPG and PNG, Excel files, and bank statements, depending on the workflow. Processing and review options are shown before the final Tally step.
